Maybe you already experience this. There is a signage inside the jeepny saying that NO SMOKING! The worst thing is that, the jeepny driver dosn't care what is being said in the signage. He himself was violating the number one rule inside the jeepny. If he himself dont want follow what is being written there, he must just remove it or good thing is just quit smoking or do it in other place. So as to help himself to be a good role model to everybody. And consider the effects of Smoking not just to the people (passengers) but also to the environment.
